- 1/2 teaspoon black salt
- 1/4 teaspoon regular salt
- 2 tablespoons jaggery or brown sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes as needed
Instructions
- Combine chopped mangoes, mint, cilantro, green chili (if using), cumin powder, black salt, regular salt, and jaggery in a blender.
- Add 1 cup of water and blend until smooth.
- Add remaining 3 cups of water and blend again to mix well.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing with a spoon to extract all liquid.
- Refrigerate until chilled, or serve immediately over ice cubes.
