Ingredients
- 200g dried thin egg noodles or ramen noodles
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 6 green onions, sliced into 2-inch pieces, white and green parts separated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking; drain well.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and white pepper. Set aside.
- Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add vegetable oil and swirl to coat.
- Add the white parts of green onions and garlic; stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the noodles and sauce mixture. Toss constantly with tongs for 1-2 minutes until noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
- Add the green parts of green onions and sesame oil. Toss for another 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
