Instructions
- Divide the mixed berries, diced mango, and diced pineapple evenly among 4 ice pop molds or a single ice cube tray.
- Pour the sports drink over the fruit, filling each mold or cube compartment to the top.
- Insert sticks if using molds, or cover with plastic wrap and poke sticks through if using a tray.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
