- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place watermelon cubes, water, lime juice, honey, jalapeño, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing on solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard solids.
- Refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes, or serve immediately over ice.
- Stir well before serving. Garnish with lime slices and mint if desired.
Tips
- For a milder drink, remove the jalapeño seeds and ribs, or use only half the jalapeño.
- Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more honey or agave.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; stir before serving.
