Ingredients
1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 3 fun-size bars)
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
2 tablespoons heavy cream (for ganache)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in caramel sauce.
In a separate bowl, whip 1 1/2 cups heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, then fold in the remaining cream until no streaks remain.
Fold in chopped Snickers bars. Spread filling evenly over crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
For the ganache, place chocolate chips in a small bowl. Heat 2 tablespoons heavy cream until just simmering, pour over chocolate, let sit 1 minute, then stir until smooth. Let cool slightly.
Drizzle ganache over chilled pie. Return to refrigerator for 30 minutes to set. Slice and serve.
Tips
For a firmer crust, bake at 350°F for 8 minutes, then cool before adding filling.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Garnish with additional chopped Snickers and a drizzle of caramel if desired.
