Ingredients
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 medium banana, sliced
½ cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, or mixed)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Add milk, Greek yogurt, banana, frozen berries, protein powder (if using), sweetener (if using), and vanilla extract to a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds. If too thick, add more milk 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency.
