Ingredients 1 1/2 oz gin 1/2 oz cherry brandy 1/4 oz Cointreau or triple sec 1/4 oz Benedictine 2 oz pineapple juice 1/2 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed 1/3 oz grenadine 1 dash Angostura bitters Club soda, to top Ice cubes Garnish: pineapple slice, cherry, and mint sprig
Instructions Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add gin, cherry brandy, Cointreau, Benedictine, pineapple juice, lime juice, grenadine, and Angostura bitters. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda to taste (about 1-2 oz). Garnish with a pineapple slice, a cherry, and a mint sprig.
Tips Use freshly squeezed lime juice for best flavor. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less grenadine. For a non-alcoholic version, omit spirits and use ginger ale instead of club soda.
