Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers (about 8 full sheets)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10x15-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 cup mini marshmallows, and 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers.
- Spread dough evenly onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown and edges are set.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle remaining 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 cup mini marshmallows, and 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers over the top.
- Return to oven and bake for 2-3 minutes more, until marshmallows are puffed and lightly golden.
- Let cool completely on baking sheet on a wire rack. Once cool, break into irregular pieces.
Tips
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- For extra gooeyness, broil for 30 seconds after final bake, watching carefully to avoid burning.
- Use a sharp knife to cut into squares if you prefer neat pieces, but broken bark looks rustic.
