- 4 chicken leg quarters (about 2 lbs total)

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat chicken legs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken legs, including under the skin.
- Place chicken legs skin-side up on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
