- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, but drain 1 minute before al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha (if using). Set aside.
