Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a pint-sized jar or container, layer half of the yogurt at the bottom.
- Add half of the granola, then half of the berries.
- Repeat layers with remaining yogurt, granola, and berries.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top and sprinkle with chia seeds if using.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight or up to 3 days. Grab and go in the morning.
