- Spread 1/4 cup of refried beans evenly over one half of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheese over the beans on each tortilla.
- Fold the tortillas in half to cover the filling.

- Place two folded tortillas in the skillet and cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted, about 2 minutes more.
