Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 slices whole wheat bread
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 cup mixed greens
Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice.
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and dill to make the spread.
Toast bread slices lightly.
