8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne if using. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer mixture to a small saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and dip is hot, about 5-7 minutes. Do not boil.
