Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 medium banana, frozen
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (whey or plant-based)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine almond milk, frozen banana, protein powder, almond butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup (if using), and ice cubes in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
