- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine pork strips with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and white pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add pork and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the wok. Add bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Return pork to the wok. Add oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together and cook for 1 minute until heated through.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately over steamed rice.
