Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen fruit (e.g., strawberries, mango, or mixed berries)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water (if needed for blending)
Instructions
- Wash and hull fresh fruit if using. If using frozen fruit, let it thaw slightly.
- Combine fruit, sugar or honey, and lemon juice in a blender. Add water if needed to help blending.
- Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds if desired (optional).
- Pour into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.
