Ingredients
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add 3 kernels and cover. When they pop, add remaining kernels, cover, and shake. Cook until popping slows, about 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl.
Drizzle melted butter over popcorn and toss to coat.
For Cheesy Herb: Mix nutritional yeast, 1/4 teaspoon salt, dill, and parsley in a small bowl.
For Smoky Spice: Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a small bowl.
For Parmesan Pepper: Mix Parmesan cheese and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a small bowl.
