Ingredients
1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Gently stretch or roll into a 12x8-inch rectangle.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border on one long edge.
Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni, and basil (if using) over the sauce.
Starting from the long edge opposite the border, tightly roll the dough into a log. Pinch the seam to seal.
Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 12 equal slices (about 1 inch thick).
Place slices cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 1 inch apart.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano. Brush the tops of the rolls with the oil mixture.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Tips
For extra crispy rolls, bake on a preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer.
Customize with your favorite toppings: cooked sausage, mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers.
