- 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- 2. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef (or sausage) with onion and garlic until meat is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess fat.
