Ingredients
1 pound pizza dough, room temperature
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and salt.
On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a 12x8-inch rectangle. Cut into 8 strips (about 1 inch wide).
Twist each strip and place on prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with garlic butter mixture.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately brush with remaining garlic butter.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve warm.
