Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Set aside.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- 3. In the same wok, add sesame oil, then garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- 4. Add onion and bell pepper; stir-fry for 2 minutes until slightly tender.
- 5. Add pineapple chunks and cook for 1 minute.
- 6. Return beef to the wok. Pour the sauce over everything and toss to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- 7. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately over rice.
