Ingredients
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pint vanilla ice cream
4 peanut butter cups, chopped
Instructions
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Stir until smooth and warm. Set aside.
In another small saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder, honey, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Scoop vanilla ice cream into 4 bowls or sundae glasses.
Drizzle warm peanut butter sauce over each scoop, then top with chocolate fudge sauce.
Sprinkle chopped peanut butter cups over the top. Serve immediately.
Tips
For extra crunch, add chopped roasted peanuts on top.
