A refreshing summer drink made with fresh peaches and black tea, perfect for cooling down on a hot day.

Ingredients
4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
4 cups water
4 black tea bags
1/4 cup granulated sugar, or to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
ice cubes
fresh mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, combine sliced peaches and water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until peaches are soft.
2. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes.
3. Remove tea bags and stir in sugar and lemon juice until sugar dissolves.
4. Let the mixture cool slightly, then transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
5. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing on solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard solids.
6. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
7. Serve over ice and garnish with mint sprigs if desired.
Tips
For a stronger peach flavor, use 6 peaches.
Adjust sweetness to your preference.
Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
