  5. Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water; drain pasta.
  6. Toss pasta with Bolognese sauce, adding pasta water if needed for consistency. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
