Ingredients
1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup hummus
1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
1/2 cup roasted red pepper dip
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, sliced into rounds
1 cup baby carrots
1 cup celery sticks
1 cup mixed olives
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool.
Arrange the dips (hummus, tzatziki, roasted red pepper dip) in small bowls and place on a large platter.
Arrange the vegetables (cherry tomatoes, cucumber, baby carrots, celery) around the dips.
Add the mixed olives and crumbled feta cheese to the platter.
Sprinkle fresh parsley over the platter for garnish.
Place the toasted baguette slices in a basket or on the side of the platter. Serve immediately.

You can prepare the dips and cut vegetables a day ahead; store separately in the refrigerator.
