1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 cup simple syrup (1:1 sugar and water, dissolved)
1 teaspoon grenadine (optional, for color)

Instructions
In a large pitcher or bowl, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and lime juice.
Add simple syrup, grenadine (if using), and almond extract. Stir well to combine.
Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more simple syrup or lemon juice as desired.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. To serve, mix 1 part punch base with 2 parts cold soda water, ginger ale, or lemon-lime soda. Add ice and garnish with fresh fruit slices.
Tips
For a fizzy punch, use chilled soda water or ginger ale just before serving.
Store the base in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
To make a large batch for a party, multiply ingredients as needed and serve from a punch bowl with an ice ring.
