3 cups crispy rice cereal squares
3 cups wheat Chex cereal
2 cups mini pretzels
1 cup mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, cashews, peanuts)
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the rice cereal squares, wheat Chex, pretzels, and mixed nuts.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, and cayenne pepper if using.
Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
Spread the mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until the mix is dry and lightly toasted.
Let cool completely on the baking sheet. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Tips
Feel free to substitute other cereals or add cheese crackers, bagel chips, or sesame sticks.
For a spicier version, increase cayenne or add 1/2 teaspoon chili powder.
Store in a cool, dry place; do not refrigerate as moisture can make it soggy.
