Ingredients

- 2 large ripe tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and halved
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
Instructions

- Rub one side of each toast with the cut side of a garlic clove.
- Rub the same side with the cut side of a tomato half, squeezing gently to release the pulp.
