Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, flaxseed, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared dish, using a spatula or your hands.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
Cut into 12 bars and pack in lunchboxes.
