Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup cooked ham, diced
1/4 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet into a 12-inch square. Cut into 4 equal squares.
Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce in the center of each square, leaving a 1-inch border.
Top with mozzarella cheese, ham, sausage, and pepperoni, dividing evenly among the squares.
Fold each square diagonally to form a triangle, pressing edges to seal. Crimp with a fork.
Place hot pockets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with beaten egg.
Cut small slits in the top of each to vent steam.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and puffed. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Tips
For a vegetarian version, substitute meat with sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions.
Serve with extra pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
Leftover hot pockets can be reheated in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
