1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat)
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together orange juice, yogurt, heavy cream, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds until popsicles release easily.
Tips
For a creamier texture, use full-fat yogurt and cream.
If you don't have popsicle molds, use small paper cups and wooden sticks.
Store leftover popsicles in a freezer bag for up to 2 weeks.
