Ingredients

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fennel seeds, ground
- 1 tablespoon cardamom seeds, ground
- 1 teaspoon clove powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup finely shredded coconut (unsweetened)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine honey and coconut oil. Heat over low heat until melted and well combined, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in ground fennel seeds, cardamom, and clove powder until smooth.
- Add chopped mint, parsley, and shredded coconut. Mix thoroughly until a thick, pliable dough forms.
- Allow mixture to cool slightly until safe to handle.
- Roll mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Tips
- Chew each piece for 5-10 minutes, then discard. Do not swallow.
- Keeps for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey to taste.
