Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
Drizzle maple syrup over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
Spread mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and fragrant.
Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
Once cool, stir in dried cranberries or raisins.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
