Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 medium banana, peeled
1/2 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, or mixed)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Place rolled oats in a blender and blend until finely ground into a powder.
Add milk, banana, frozen berries, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
