- 8 oz semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Wrap the outside of a 9-inch springform pan with foil.
- Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter; press into bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes, then cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream and vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating on low after each. Fold in melted chocolate and flour until just combined.
- Pour filling over crust. Place pan in a larger roasting pan; pour hot water halfway up the sides.
- Bake 55-65 minutes until center is just set. Turn off oven, crack door, and let cool 1 hour inside.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
