- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup pico de gallo or fresh salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it up. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Stir in black beans and heat through.
