- 1 bag (13 oz) tortilla chips

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain fat.
- Add taco seasoning, black beans, and diced tomatoes with green chilies; stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread half of the tortilla chips in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spoon half of the beef mixture over the chips, then sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese.
- Repeat layers with remaining chips, beef mixture, and cheese.
