Ingredients
4 cups popped popcorn (plain or lightly salted)
2 cups mini pretzel twists
1 cup salted peanuts
1 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces (e.g., M&M's)
1 cup white chocolate chips or melting wafers
1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable oil (optional, for thinning chocolate)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt (optional, for sprinkling)
Instructions
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a very large bowl, combine popcorn, pretzels, peanuts, and candy-coated chocolate pieces. Toss gently to mix.
Place white chocolate chips and oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn mixture, tossing with a spatula to coat evenly.
Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
Let the chocolate set at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or refrigerate for 15 minutes until firm.
Break into clusters and serve in a large bucket or bowl.
Tips
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
For a savory version, omit chocolate and candy, add cheese powder or ranch seasoning.
