Ingredients
1 cup strong brewed coffee
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
In a small saucepan, whisk together the brewed coffee, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
