Ingredients
1 lb ground lamb
1 small onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion around a skewer into a long, oval kebab shape, pressing firmly.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.
Grill kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and nicely charred.
Remove from grill and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
