Ingredients

- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped almonds, dried cranberries, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, and salt.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, warm almond butter and honey until smooth and runny. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated and clumps together.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and press firmly into an even layer using a spatula or your hands.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm, then cut into 12 bars.
