  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add doubanjiang, fermented black beans, ground Sichuan peppercorns, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in broth, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir to combine. Gently add tofu cubes, being careful not to break them. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir the cornstarch slurry again, then drizzle into the sauce while stirring gently. Cook until sauce thickens, about 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with green onions. Serve immediately over steamed rice.
