A fun and festive no-bake dessert featuring layers of chocolate and vanilla ice cream studded with colorful M&M's, all on a crunchy Oreo crust.

Ingredients
24 Oreo cookies
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
1 quart (4 cups) chocolate ice cream, softened
1 cup M&M's, plus extra for topping
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed
Instructions
Line a 9-inch springform pan with plastic wrap, leaving overhang.
In a food processor, pulse Oreos until fine crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse until combined. Press mixture firmly into bottom of prepared pan. Freeze for 15 minutes.
Spread softened vanilla ice cream evenly over crust. Sprinkle 1/2 cup M&M's on top. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Spread softened chocolate ice cream over vanilla layer. Drizzle with hot fudge sauce and swirl gently. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup M&M's on top.
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
To serve, remove from springform pan, peel off plastic wrap, and let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes. Top with extra M&M's if desired.
Tips
For easier slicing, dip a knife in hot water and wipe dry between cuts.
Store leftover cake in the freezer, tightly wrapped, for up to 1 week.
