Ingredients
2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla yogurt)
1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 cup granola (low-sugar preferred)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Wash and slice strawberries if using; keep berries whole if small.
In small bowls or clear cups, layer 1/4 cup yogurt, then a spoonful of berries, then a sprinkle of granola.
Repeat layers until cup is full, ending with a few berries and granola on top.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired. Serve immediately.
