Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve the lime Jell-O in boiling water, stirring for about 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Add the cold water and stir. Refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 30 minutes.
- Fold in the cottage cheese, drained crushed pineapple, and whipped topping until well combined.
- If using, fold in the chopped walnuts.
