Ingredients
12 ice cream sandwiches
1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (12 oz) jar hot fudge sauce, warmed
1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (about 10 cookies)
Optional: additional whipped topping and sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
Arrange 6 ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate, breaking them as needed to fit.
Spread half of the whipped topping over the sandwiches.
Drizzle half of the warm fudge sauce over the whipped topping.
Sprinkle half of the crushed cookies over the fudge.
Repeat layers with remaining ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, fudge sauce, and crushed cookies.
Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
Let stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with additional whipped topping and sprinkles if desired.
