Ingredients
1 (8-10 lb) fully cooked bone-in ham, spiral-cut or not
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Place ham cut-side down on a rack in a roasting pan. Score the surface in a diamond pattern if not spiral-cut.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, cloves, cinnamon, and ginger until smooth.
Brush half of the glaze over the ham. Cover loosely with foil and roast for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Remove foil and brush with remaining glaze. Increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and roast uncovered for 30-40 minutes, basting every 10 minutes, until glaze is sticky and caramelized.
Let rest 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Tips
For extra caramelization, place ham under broiler for 2-3 minutes at the end, watching closely.
Leftover ham can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or frozen for 2 months.
