Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup pretzel sticks, broken
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
Stir in chocolate chips, walnuts, cranberries, coconut, white chocolate chips, and pretzel pieces until evenly distributed.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden but centers are still soft. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
Arrange cookies and additional candies (such as store-bought truffles, peppermint bark, or fudge) on a large platter. Garnish with fresh mint or edible glitter if desired.
