Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving overhang for easy removal.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until well combined. Press firmly into an even layer on the bottom of the prepared pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust, then butterscotch chips, then coconut, and finally nuts.
Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top, making sure to cover all the dry ingredients.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and the center is set. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars. Use the parchment overhang to lift out of the pan, then cut into squares.
Tips
For cleaner cuts, refrigerate bars until firm before slicing.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for longer storage.
You can substitute white chocolate chips or peanut butter chips for the butterscotch chips.
